What Does this semen Analysis Test Result Mean?

My results after a semen analysis show 1. WBC COUNT : 6 WBC/ HPF NORMAL FEATURES WITH SLIGHT INCREASE IN CELL COUNT
2. VISCOSITY; SLIGHTLY VISCOUS
3. PROTEIN: 3.0 MG/ DL
4. VIABILITY: 70%
5. GRAM STAIN: NO GRAM REACTIVE ORGANISMS SEEN

Please help me understand these results and the medication or remedies I need to follow so as not to have issues with conceiving babies.

Hello

Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection.
Infection is indicated due to presence of excess WBC in semen.Normally semen shouldn't contain any WBC.

Slight increase in cell count is acceptable.
Up to 5.04 mg protein/100ml is normally found in semen.
Motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests over all 70% motile sperms,so it is also normal.

But you may need more investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,semen culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
